At AbdulTSD Studio, we are committed to engineering excellence. We understand that digital projects are complex, and we strive for 100% client satisfaction through our iterative protocol.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project agreement. Our goal is to ensure the final technical asset meets or exceeds the agreed-upon standards.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Pre-Production: If a project is cancelled before any technical architecture or execution has begun, a full refund (minus transaction fees) will be issued.
- Technical Failure: If we are unable to deliver the core technical functionality as specified in the signed scope of work, and no solution can be reached, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the work completed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are typically not issued for:
- Completed projects that have been delivered and approved by the client.
- Third-party costs (hosting, API keys, licensed assets) incurred during the project.
- Consultation sessions or audits that have already taken place.
4. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email admin@abdultsd.com with your project ID and a detailed explanation of the concern. We review all requests within 48 business hours.
